The Life and Times of Me™, a product of K3 Digital and Public Safety Growth Partners
Privacy Notice
Effective October 20, 2026
Who we are
The Life and Times of Me™ is a product of K3 Digital and Public Safety Growth Partners, which are registered DBAs of Kevin Konczal, so references to “we”, “us”, or “our” in this notice mean Kevin Konczal as operator of the service, and “K3 Digital” is one of the business names he operates under, not a separate company.
Information we handle
We handle account details such as your email address and sign-in information, profile details you choose to provide, and your saved memories, people, and places. We also keep purchase references and payment/refund status linked to your account, and technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Photo file previews and unsaved memory drafts currently remain in your browser tab rather than being saved as uploaded files to your account. Do not rely on these previews as a permanent photo archive.
How information is used
We use information to provide your private account, store and display your story, verify paid access and refunds, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse. Where applicable, this is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, or legal obligations. We do not sell your personal memories.
Service providers and external links
Lovable Cloud supports hosting, account authentication, and private data storage. Stripe processes new purchases and subscriptions and handles payment details under its own privacy notice; earlier purchases made through our previous payment processor, Paddle, were processed by Paddle as merchant of record. The app records payment references and status rather than full card details. Google handles its own sign-in service if you choose Google sign-in. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them.
Following the optional MagicLight link takes you to a separate service. Its privacy notice applies there. We do not automatically send your saved memories to MagicLight through that link. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Privacy, security, and retention
Saved workspace content is scoped to your signed-in account. We use access controls to restrict access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep a separate copy of important personal material.
We retain account and story information to provide the service and payment/refund information as needed for support, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Deleting a memory removes it from your active account; operational backups or records subject to legal retention may not disappear immediately.
Your choices and requests
You may read and delete existing memories if you have never had paid access or after a confirmed full refund of a one-time purchase. If your subscription has ended, your account is read-only, but you can still read and download your content and ask us to delete your account or content. Contact us to request account deletion, access to your personal information, correction, or other privacy rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Browser storage and updates
The app uses browser storage to maintain your sign-in session and tab-local state for drafts and photo previews. Our payment processor may use its own browser technologies during checkout. We will update this notice when our practices change and identify changes through the effective date.
